Rats
We organise bait to be delivered to the island and available in 1kg bags ($20) and 10kg pails ($135). Check out our rat bait information and then drop into the Waiheke Hire Centre to pick up a bag or pail.
Cats
We can provide humane live traps for catching feral cats*.
We have a micro-chip reader to check for any domestic registered cats.
Mustelids
We can provide DOC200 kill traps for all stoats, ferrets and weasels.
We are also training up a stoat dog – to help us track these elusive animals.
Rabbits
Traps can be provided, or advice on other methods.
Other pests
We are happy to consult on controlling other pests.
